The speakers determine the ohm load, not the amplifier. If you have 8 of the TPT-MD10 PRO together that would be 1 ohm and you would need a 1 ohm amplifier of about 5000w. You can put 1-8 8ohm speakers on a 1 ohm amplifier.

Q Which TPT amp do you recommend for 8 of these? answer now
Asked by Jehovanny Soto on February 28, 2020 11:13 pm

This speaker is rated for 700w continuous power. You can multiply that number by how many speakers you will use, in this case 8, and that will give you the amplifier power you will need. For example, 700 x 8 = 5,600. We recommend the TPT-5000EQ 1 ohm. 8x 8 ohm speakers should be on a 1 ohm amplifier.

This is a quality pro audio mid range speaker. It will provide some midbass. Cross at 150hz with a 12db slope.
